For example, to call Paris, France you would dial: 011 (the International access code) +33 (France) +1 (Paris) + local number. A call to Mexico City, Mexico would be 011+52 (Mexico) +5 (Mexico City) + local number. But a call to Honduras would simply be 011+504 (Honduras) + local number.
